Want to learn to ski or board? Or maybe you know how to, but you're looking to learn some new skills? Even if you have no experience on the slopes, Hoofers Ski & Snowboard Club offers lessons that will have you flying down the hill without falling down the hill in no time!

When do we go?

Every Saturday and Sunday beginning on January 25th and continuing while the snow lasts!

Trips leave at 8AM, and all trips leave from Union South Circle.

 

How much does it cost?

Price is $40 for transportation, lift ticket, and lesson. Rentals are $15.

 

How do I sign up?

You can sign up for a lesson in one of two ways:

 

Option 1: Stop into the Outdoor UW office behind the Memorial Union (right on the Mendota Terrace) and speak to someone at the desk about scheduling and paying for your lesson.

 

Option 2: Register and pay for your lesson online!
1. Go to members.hoofers.org (or click on the horseshoe logo on the left side.)
2. Click the “Events” tab in the top-left corner of the window.
3. Click “View events calendar”
4. Navigate to a Saturday or Sunday on or between Sunday, January 25th 2014 and March 7th 2014.
5. Click “08:00 SnS Saturday/Sunday Lesson”
6. Click “Sign Up” and follow the rest of the instructions.
